Shipping policy

Processing Time

We process and ship all orders within 2 working days of your order being placed and payment being received. Orders are processed on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it has shipped.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 to 4 working days.

Delivery times start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. They are estimates and are not guaranteed, although delays are rare for domestic deliveries.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within the Netherlands. There are no hidden delivery charges — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the Netherlands only.

Carrier and Tracking

We ship all orders with PostNL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track & trace link by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Risk and Ownership

In line with our Terms of Service, the risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you when you (or a person you designate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the products.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at brickynl2@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will help resolve the issue with PostNL. Please keep any damaged packaging and take photos where possible, as this helps us process a claim.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and the additional shipping costs will be charged to you.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to return an item or cancel your order, please see our Refund Policy [LINK] and the right of withdrawal set out in our Terms of Service. As a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase.
